Profile
Jason Hall began his legal career as an attorney in enforcement litigation with the State of Florida’s Department of Environmental Protection, Office of General Counsel on matters involving underground and aboveground storage tanks compliance, petroleum contamination cleanup, potable water, and used oil. Jason then started doing business development for a private Florida environmental services company, utilizing his previous environmental legal knowledge and experience, before transitioning back into law working for a South Florida defense law firm in personal injury protection litigation.
Jason later represented businesses of multiple sizes in various industries, first litigating workers compensation cases and then litigating general liability, premises liability, and construction defect cases throughout Florida, from discovery and motion practice to trial. Jason consistently maintains a detailed approach to litigation that focuses on clients’ needs and objectives, while preparing the defense of claims should a case go to trial.
Outside of his practice, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs, traveling, enjoying live music and photography/film, and discovering new food and wine experiences. Jason also has been serving as an officer and as a member of the Board of Directors for a condominium owners association in North Florida since 2006.
