Sherri-Ann Grant-Clarke

Biography

Sherri-Ann Grant-Clarke is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies. Sherri-Ann obtained her Juris Doctorate from The Florida State University College of Law in 2014, and her Master’s in Business from University of Florida in 2025.

Prior to joining the firm, Sherri-Ann gained extensive litigation experience in construction defect litigation, bodily injury defense, premises liability, automobile negligence, negligent security, and telecommunications construction. Her experience includes analysis and litigation of massive multiparty litigation cases concerning complex liability issues. Sherri-Ann’s practice primarily includes the defense of developers, general contractors, and subcontractors including stucco installers, roofers, painters, framers, and window installers. She is admitted to practice before all State and Federal Courts in Florida.

Sherri-Ann is a staunch mental health advocate, and this is displayed in every facet of her life. She passionately promotes mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Sherri-Ann has served on the Florida Bar’s Standing Committee on Mental Health and Wellness since 2021, and she was recently appointed to the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit’s Grievance Committee (I) in 2025. She also previously served on the Board of a mental health nonprofit but stepped down to complete her M.B.A. In her spare time, she is a certified “Life Coach,” who mainly serves as a listening ear to her loved ones during life’s challenging moments.
