Brian Buczynski

Biography

Brian Buczynski is a senior associate attorney with over 8 years of experience defending clients involved in a wide range of complex third-party lawsuits. Brian’s practice primarily focuses on defending clients involved in construction defects and personal injury lawsuits.

Prior to joining the firm, Brian served as staff counsel for a Florida-based property and casualty insurer, where he handled both first-party and third-party litigation. Earlier in his career, he practiced at a regional defense firm representing insurers and insured clients in a broad range of liability matters.

Brian earned his Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law and his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Duquesne University. Brian is licensed to practice law in Florida.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and their three sons.
