James Yesu

Biography

James Yesu is a seasoned and accomplished trial attorney who brings significant knowledge to the table. Mr. Yesu concentrates in complex litigation with an emphasis on products liability, negligence and insurance coverage. He has also handled cases and litigated in both State and Federal courts.

A native of Massachusetts, James attended the University Of Massachusetts at Amherst, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics in 1990. He then attended law school at Ohio Northern University. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Ohio Northern’s Petit College of Law in 1995 and was admitted into the Massachusetts Bar that same year. Mr. Yesu was admitted to the New Hampshire state bar in 2022, and he is admitted to practice in the Massachusetts Federal Court.

Prior to joining the firm as Trial Counsel for plaintiff cases, James worked for a national insurance carrier, and prior to that, for a national subrogation law firm.
