Biography
Kevin is a graduate of Syracuse University where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Kevin received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law and is admitted to practice law in the state of New York.
Prior to joining DSB&C, Kevin practiced at a large national firm where he handled a variety of contractual and business disputes, involving fraud, RICO, antitrust and class actions. Kevin also spent 20 years at a boutique general practice firm in Manhattan where he handled a wide variety of legal matters, including, but not limited to, commercial litigation, insurance defense, contract drafting and negotiating, breach of contract matters, corporate dissolutions, and probate work. Kevin created and ran the intellectual property work in the firm, including filing for and maintaining trademarks and filing for copyrights.
Kevin currently sits on the board of Science Research for All, a nonprofit organization that focuses on making science research more accessible and more readily available in lower income public schools. Kevin also previously volunteered for 10 years at the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center in New York City.
Outside of work Kevin enjoys traveling with his partner and cooking.
