Lindsay Katz

Biography

Lindsay is a graduate of University of Florida where in 2001, she received a Bachelor of Arts Summa Cum Laude in Political Science and Sociology. Lindsay obtained her Juris Doctorate Cum Laude from Fordham University in 2004.

Prior to joining the firm, Lindsay was a partner at a prominent insurance defense firm wherein she was a member of the appellate and litigation support department as well as the general liability department. Lindsay has devoted her practice to the defense of a variety of matters, in both state and federal court. In addition to complex commercial litigation, Lindsay has extensive experience in general liability and casualty, premises liability, professional liability, governmental liability, intentional torts, construction defect, first-party insurance defense, insurance coverage, and funeral home negligence.

Lindsay began her career practicing at a large New York law firm where she focused on complex commercial litigation and has been admitted to practice in the New York and New Jersey state courts since 2005. She is additionally admitted to the Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, the District Courts of the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.

Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family, her little girl and their two dogs.
