Victoria Todd

Biography

A native of South Florida, Victoria Todd brings a robust background in civil litigation, legal operations and client advocacy to her role as an associate in the construction defect ligation department.

Victoria earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science and English Literature with a minor in Sociology from Florida State University in 2009. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the St. Thomas University School of Law in 2016. While in law school, Victoria demonstrated leadership and academic excellence as the President of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers (FAWL) and as a competitor on St. Thomas’s nationally ranked Trial Team. She was also an active member of Phi Alpha Delta, the Criminal Law Society, and the Elder Law Society, and built strong ties to the local legal community through the Peter T. Fay American Inn of Court and the Miami Lakes Bar Association.

Prior to and during her legal education, Victoria spent several years working as a paralegal across multiple South Florida firms. This extensive hands-on experience spanned foreclosure, bankruptcy, family law, probate, and insurance defense cases. This deep foundational knowledge equips her with the practical insight and strategic skills necessary to guide clients through complex legal challenges and consistently secure favorable outcomes.

Outside of the practice of law, Victoria recently married the love of her life and enjoys traveling with her new husband and spending as much time as she can at the beach.
