David Miller’s practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on complex matters. James Kalinoski
Profile
James is a graduate of Fairfield University in Connecticut, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2007 in Political Science with a minor in Russian and Eastern European studies. Prior to law school, he was awarded an internship by an Arizona public policy think tank-litigation center, where he focused on education, tax, and health care policy studies. A staff position immediately followed before he entered Suffolk University Law School’s evening division while working full-time for two sole practitioners; one specializing in real estate and the other in bankruptcy. The campaign trail called him following graduation in 2014, where he field-directed grassroots canvassing efforts and hired staff for a political action committee in support of a New England candidate and a California public policy referendum. Since entering the practice of law, James has been associated with a sole practitioner general practice firm specializing in family law, estate, and personal injury litigation and, most recently, a suburban Boston full-service firm, where he continued a specialty in family law. James joined Derrevere Stevens Black & Cozad in 2020 as a member of the firm’s expanding subrogation team in the New England region. James is originally from Philadelphia and resides in Boston’s North End.

Erin Weinstock
Profile
Erin Weinstock was born and raised in South Florida. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida where she graduated Cum Laude with her BA in English. During her tenure at UF, Erin was active in the Alpha Epsilon Phi sorority and Blue Key Speech and Debate. After graduating UF, she attended Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of law where she was actively involved in the Jewish Law Student Association and the Nova Trial Association. Erin graduated Cum Laude, receiving the highest grade in Legal Research and Writing I and received the honor of Dean’s list for four consecutive semesters. During her 2L year at Nova, Erin was a Teaching/ Research assistant for Legal Research and Writing. Erin focuses her practice on insurance defense and construction litigation.

Teresa Taglianetti
Profile
Teresa C. Taglianetti is from Jacksonville, Florida. She is a graduate of the University of South Florida, where she received a dual degree; a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology. She then went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate degree from Florida Coastal School of Law, where she was a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship. While in law school, Ms. Taglianetti participated in the Family Law Clinic, where she was a certified legal intern representing clients in marriage dissolutions, uncontested custody, and paternity actions. She was also a judicial intern for the Supreme Court of New York, Appellate Division where she conducted research on federal and state property law and criminal law, as well as drafted legal memoranda. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Taglianetti worked for a personal injury firm, managing cases from intake through litigation, as well as, managing the in-house subrogation department. She currently focuses on first and third-party property defense.

Marni Rogalsky
Profile
Marni Rogalsky graduated from Newcomb College of Tulane University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and obtained her law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 1991. While at UM, she was a certified legal intern for the Public Defender’s Office of Miami-Dade County, where she worked after graduating. She then spent 3 years at the Florida Office of the Attorney General, defending the State of Florida, its agencies, and officials in civil rights actions, negligence cases, and various other matters in State and Federal Courts. Ms. Rogalsky entered private practice in 1997, and has worked in the insurance defense industry since then, with the exception of 2 years during which she represented injured individuals in personal injury cases. For the insurance companies, Ms. Rogalsky has litigated virtually every type of civil action, from wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases to construction defect litigation, legal malpractice, contractual disputes, and claims for personal injury protection benefits and property damage. Ms. Rogalsky has tried over a dozen civil cases to verdict. In her spare time, Ms. Rogalsky has dedicated countless hours to fostering dogs and cats for the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League, in addition to raising her two human children, one of whom currently is a proud Gator!

Steven Warner
Profile
Steven Warner graduated from the University of Miami School of Business with a degree in Accounting in 1978. Mr. Warner graduated from the University of Miami School of Law, and was admitted to practice in 1982. He later received an LL.M. in Taxation of the University of Miami and became a Certified Public Accountant. He has a broad background in both litigation and transactions. With his diverse background and 37 years as a member of the Bar, Steven has developed the sophisticated judgment and insight to address and resolve economic issues, as well as legal issues, necessary to achieve the most desirable results for his clients. Morgan E. Long is a graduate of Florida State University, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in International Affairs. Gerald F. Herrmann
Profile
Mr. Herrmann was a certified legal intern with the United States Attorney’s Office in the criminal division during his last year of law school. After graduation and admission to the Florida Bar, he was also admitted to the New Jersey Bar. As part of his practice in New Jersey, he represented physicians in the purchase and sale of their offices as well as assisting in mergers and proper formation of multi-disciplinary practices. Mr. Herrmann assisted in acquiring certificates of need for surgical and nursing home facilities and was active in assisting clients with their construction needs, including negotiating contracts with engineers for site development and the vertical construction of commercial and medical facilities. He lectured to various medical, chiropractic and physical therapy associations throughout the country on issues of healthcare compliance, privacy, stark safe harbors and proper documentation and coding. He also worked with programmers of various medical companies regarding proper coding and documentation programs. Mr. Herrmann has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry with an emphasis on compliance and the proper formation of multi-disciplinary practices as well as transferring and merging medical practices and durable medical equipment companies.
Mr. Herrmann currently concentrates his practice to issues of licensed professionals and other health care providers in all phases of administrative, civil and criminal health care regulatory matters. He represents clients before licensing boards and in the purchase, sale or merger of practices. He also represents professionals and entities in all regulated industries in federal and state courts. Mr. Herrmann has tried matters to conclusion in state and federal courts and administrative agencies and has represented health care providers in civil litigation relating to health care and commercial litigation matters, including requesting advisory opinions from the Office of the Inspector General on cutting edge issues that impact the healthcare industry.
As an Adjunct Professor at Ocean County College, he taught business law and has lectured on healthcare compliance, proper documentation and coding practices, privacy and False Claims Act. Mr. Herrmann has published multiple articles and guides on various healthcare topics including medical fraud and abuse issues.

Milana Kamenezki
Profile
Milana Kamenezki was born in the United Kingdom. She attended law school in London, receiving her Bachelor of Law degree from The University of Law in 2014. Ms. Kamenezki went on to receive her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida in 2016. She was admitted to the Florida Bar later that year.
During law school, Ms. Kamenezki served as an Editor on the Florida Coastal Law Review and was a recipient of the Governor’s Merit Scholarship.
